Developed by the ministry, this tool aims to facilitate the submission of complaints via mobile devices, enhancing accessibility and convenience.

The primary objectives of PBTCare include:
<ul>
 <li>Establishing a more direct and transparent relationship between local authorities (PBT) and citizens by providing a user-friendly platform for lodging complaints and ensuring improved service delivery;</li>
 <li>Enabling more effective monitoring and management of complaints by PBT and KPKT leadership through a unified system that is easily accessible and efficient to operate.</li>
</ul>

The key functionalities of PBTCare encompass:
<ul>
 <li>Allowing users to submit complaints with geolocation data for accurate location referencing;</li>
 <li>Providing timely feedback to complainants to enhance responsiveness and stakeholder engagement;</li>
 <li>Facilitating the monitoring and analysis of complaints statistics via the local authorities’ dashboard or through the JKT platform, thereby promoting more efficient oversight.</li>
