The primary objectives of PBTCare include:
- Establishing a more direct and transparent relationship between local authorities (PBT) and citizens by providing a user-friendly platform for lodging complaints and ensuring improved service delivery;
- Enabling more effective monitoring and management of complaints by PBT and KPKT leadership through a unified system that is easily accessible and efficient to operate.
The key functionalities of PBTCare encompass:
- Allowing users to submit complaints with geolocation data for accurate location referencing;
- Providing timely feedback to complainants to enhance responsiveness and stakeholder engagement;
- Facilitating the monitoring and analysis of complaints statistics via the local authorities’ dashboard or through the JKT platform, thereby promoting more efficient oversight.
