The PBTCare Mobile application, formerly known as i-Tegur, represents a significant development in the effort to streamline communication between citizens and local authorities. Developed by the ministry, this tool aims to facilitate the submission of complaints via mobile devices, enhancing accessibility and convenience.

The primary objectives of PBTCare include:

• Establishing a more direct and transparent relationship between local authorities (PBT) and citizens by providing a user-friendly platform for lodging complaints and ensuring improved service delivery;
• Enabling more effective monitoring and management of complaints by PBT and KPKT leadership through a unified system that is easily accessible and efficient to operate.

The key functionalities of PBTCare encompass:

• Allowing users to submit complaints with geolocation data for accurate location referencing;
• Providing timely feedback to complainants to enhance responsiveness and stakeholder engagement;
• Facilitating the monitoring and analysis of complaints statistics via the local authorities’ dashboard or through the JKT platform, thereby promoting more efficient oversight.
